Raw Product: Wine Grapes

Method: Quality wine grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and a base wine is made. This base wine is then distilled to a 92% ABV Neutral Grape Spirit in our Multi-Column Craft Still, before being charcoal filtered and bottled at 43% ABV.
Recommended serving temperature between 3-7°C.

Tasting Note: Although fined and filtered some of the grape derived flavours are still subtly present, adding to the Artisanal Touch. Pleasantly smooth, creamy finish.
